If so, how is it, and how low can it be mounted?
Also, there is a place called ManVenture Outpost that has them for less than the other places, have any of you dealt with them?

I'm not sure if it's considered a mini acog, but I use a TA33... it's in a Larue mount.   Nice and compact.

TA33 for me. I don't know why anyone would want to mount one very low.

Yu Tu Lo. Need a proper height mount (or riser rail) for that thing.

I also have a TA33. I like it a lot. Tiny FOV, but great glass and extremely light.

I used a TA26 when I was a LEO.

Great optic and didn't have to worry about batteries dying on me.

It would be for a Beretta ARX 100.
Not sure what I'm going to put on it yet, so I'm doing some research.

I have a compact ACOG (TA-50) on my trunk rifle.  Eye relief is a bit weird, had a LaRue mount for a bit but it never was comfortable.  It ended up putting it on a CMMG A1 upper. I drilled a hole 1" behind the exiting carry handle hole and wallah!!! Perfect height, and no more weirdness!!  Great optic.  Love mine!

Read that it is very close to using a dot sight, but not dependent on batteries.
Is that true?
Also, doesn't it have the ability to mount lower than other ACOG's?

Yeah, much like a dot sight.  Still very fast but excellent glass clarity and no batteries.
It still has the same base the other mini ACOGs have.  The LaRue mount is a touch lower than other brands but still AR sight height.

I've placed several orders with MVO over the past few years.  They always have low prices on handgun mags.  Never had a problem.
There are usually 5% off coupons available online.

TA33 here.  I considered the mini acogs, but the TA33 was light and larger glass, seems plenty easy to pick up quickly, even with both eyes open for me.

I have the TA33 as well, on a La Rue mount. It is just the right height for me with a firm cheek weld.

I like it a lot.

Again, this would be for an ARX 100, so it needs to sit about 1" - 1 1/4" from top of rail to center of optic.

the thing about the little guy is it cost almost as much as the multi powered acogs.

It is crystal clear compared to a red dot that can at times appear fuzzy.

Can't comment on the Mini ACOG.

I bought a TA-33 from Manventure Outpost several years ago.  No complaints.

I have a couple 1.5x24 models. I love them.
I use one on a subgun and the other on a 300BLK handi rifle. They are very fast for me and give just enough magnification. I wasn't sure how I'd like the 1.5x but really ended up liking it a ton.

This. Shooting both eyes open in a 3-gun match, I can shoot it almost as fast as my aimpoint, though the shots are a few inches off center when I do it. Granted, I'm not the best short range rifle shooter, but I find it works well for me.

I've got two.

They feel like the perfect optic to me.  I really need to get a TA33 at some point though.  The mounting is superior to previous compact acogs.

Had a TA-44, sold it for a TA-11. Nice optic but not right for my use for that particular rifle. It had too much magnification for me. I thought the 1.5x wouldn't be as much as it was. I figured fuck it, if it seems magnified might as well go all out. Incredibly light optic (had it in a Larue mount).

I have a 26S.  I don't like it.  Enough magnification to be annoying while not enough to be useful.
I went with the Vortex Crossfire 1X instead and prefer it.  It is heavier, unfortunately.

33/31/11 with a red dot piggyback would be my preferred ACOG set up.

For a standard low mount it will be in the right place for you OP.  I can't do measurements but in the standard height mount my TA-45 was obscured by the front of the rail (15' so no costa holds ).  I got a kram spacer for it.

For an ARX-100 it should feel just right.

I have a TA-33 and TA-31F

The Eye-relief on the TA-33 is in fact longer than advertised, IMHO
If you look through a TA-31F right after it, the FOV will feel like a toilet paper tube.
The TA-31F's eye relief, not the best, really isn't.
It's not horrendous but it isn't great, not gunna lie to you on that

The TA-33 is stupid light and very small for what it is. Compare it to a 3-9x scope that you would have mostly on 3x.
It's little, and it weighs little too. Very durable by all accounts, doesn't need batteries, glass is good, and a magnification you can use.
IMHO, pair it with the KAC lightweight offset BUIS set, and it will feel positively space age.

Get what you want, but I personally think the micro-ACOGs have their pluses, but if it's that small, you might as well have 0 magnification.
The micro-RDS stuff kinda ended my curiosity about the tiny ACOGs.

Yes, I have one on my Uzi SMG and it is awesome. I have the Trijicon MM04 mount. It is discontinued due to the change in the style of the mini ACOG. It allows you to use the iron sights or ACOG. The 1.5 magnification is perfect. I have 2 of the mini ACOG's. Got one in a trade and the other off of the EE. Damn sure didn't pay full price.

I've bought from ManVenture Outpost. Emails says it was some new 45 brass and an ultrasonic cleaner.  From email the brass shipped the same day and the ultrasonic took 3 days.

I've bought from Manventure Outpost several times, primarily for my Fudd guns and have never had an issue with shipping or the quality of the item(s) purchased. I think they advertise quite a bit on Gunbroker as well, if you look their for feedback. As far as the ACOG Lite, I can't advise on that.
