Does this exist? Trying to line out a vacation with the lady, she has to be on call however. We don't have cell reception but to have internet availability. She is on an android LG stylo plus

You have a couple of options.

1. Many cell providers allow you to make and receive calls over wifi.
2. Most cell providers allow you to forward you calls to a different number if your phone is offline. Just get any old VoIP option and forward to it.
