I was given 4 boxes (approx 2ftx2ft) full of baseball cards. Some are in binders, some are still in sealed boxes.
I live in northern nevada and have no idea what they are worth or whom to ask that will be honest.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance for and assistance!

Go to a card show that they have in Vegas and see what's worth a lot.

What years does the collection range from?

And specifically the sealed boxes. Full sets can be worth more.

If they are newer than 1980, they're most likely not worth a whole lot.

Mostly late 80's

Not worth hardly anything. Give them to a young kid who collects cards.

Some are fully sealed boxed sets.

Post up some good pictures of the items and we may be able to help.

Late 80's ?

Not worth much of anything, most likely.

Get you hand on a Beckett's price guide.
They were the thing to check in the 90s so hopefully still around.

I predict your box of cards ain't worth anything. There might be one that has some actual value...

The boxes might be worth more than the cards.

There will be a handful that are worth the time to sell, if they are in absolutely perfect condition.  If they are, and you have the spare time, see if your local library has a copy of a Beckett baseball card guide to get an idea of the value, or more likely the lack thereof.  Then choose your poison, maybe ripped off by ebay buyers, maybe ripped off by one of the few remaining card shop owners, or definitely having to deal with craigslist weirdos.

Buy a Beckett price guide. Should be able to pick one up at stores that sell magazines or online. Don't open any sealed boxes. That will devalue them ( if they have any value ).

Baseball cards are not worth what they used to be, unless you have a rare error, rookie, or special edition card. Going through 4- 2'x2' will take a bit going through prices and checking conditions. May want to see if a card shop will buy the whole bundle.

Worth next to nothing. With the age of ebay and professional card grading companies the golden age of baseball card collecting is dead.  Easter bunny don't exist either.....

Same thing happened to me, neighbor said "Hey, I have some baseball cards I'm throwing in the trash, you interested?"

I walk over and her entire basement is baseball paraphernalia, bats, pennants, hats, etc...

I'm thinking I should have said nope!

I used to have thousands of cards. I currently have about 100 and won't get rid of them

Unless you are in a hurry to see them for next to nothing, I say either keep them for a future relative that would get a kick out of them, or donate them to a kid that will enjoy them.

I don't remember much as a kid, but in the 80s I do remember opening and going through nearly every topps card pack I got.  Crappy gum and all.  It was a blast.

Hand them out to the neighborhood kids who have bikes. They can put them in the spokes and it will make a flappy sound as they ride their bikes in the neighborhood.

Just sold my collection of late 50's cards. When i walked into the shop with my box, the first thing out of his mouth was " we don't buy anything after 1980."

I also looked at some online buyers and they had banners saying they didn't by cards after 1980.
