Took my 18 year old son to see them in VA last Saturday and the show was pretty much the same as it was in the mid-80s, except the guys look a lot older!
Bruce actually impressed me, though--he looks to be in better shape now than he was last time I saw him.  Covered a lot of ground during the show and never slowed down.
Quality of the music is still very good, although Janick seems to spend more time playing "rock guitarist" (spinning guitar around, throwing it in the air, gently kicking the amp...apparently he didn't want to damage it) than he spends playing guitar.
Overall, a good show...

Only problem was we saw Metallica in NJ a few weeks ago, and there was no comparison between the two shows.  Metallica has maintained their musical edge but evolved into a modern "show" band.  Iron Maiden, like I said, still feels like a 1982 show.
The kid loved it, though--he said that's what he wanted to experience!

Have to say, though--their opening act was "Ghost."  I didn't know anything about them, so when they came out in rubber devil masks and the lead singer was dressed like a satanic pope and they started singing about worshipping Beelzebub (in some weird-ass accent that made no damn sense), I have to admit, I had a little trouble getting past their appearance.

Me, too.  Caught their last show, in Feb 2016, at Mandalay Bay, and I jumped right on the tickets for July as soon as I could.
