I bought a police trade in Glock online and sent in my ffl right afterwards.  A few days later, they sent an email asking for it again so the ffl sent it in again.  Glock shows up next day and sign all paperwork etc and take it home.  Ffl just called and said my Glock showed up again .  Return it?  Have him hold it until they maybe figure it out? Take it home and profit?  My card was only charged once.  The first one is bound to explode at some point, maybe they sent me a spare?

That's what I'd do. Always place yourself on the other end of the situation and do what you'd hope someone would do for you in that case.

Call the seller and see if he'll cut you a deal on keeping it.  Its going to cost him a good $20 to get it back, so offer to pay him $50 less.
