Look at the road. It's designed like an on ramp with a merge lane. Just like an on ramp the merging driver needs to yield by speeding up or slowing down. Stopping fucks everything up. Then what, just slam over into the folks who have right of way? While I hate losing momentum from folks who stop, they aren't doing anything wrong necessarily. |
