Waited 29 days for my stripped lower to arrive. Assembled my PSA 18in upper with my Magpul UBR ar15 stock... I THOUGHT that carbine ar15 stock tubes were compatable with AR10. I guess not...   
Now payed out the arse for express shipping on a AR10 stock assembly. FML |

put a BCM tube on my ACTUAL AR-10, you know from the guys who own the moniker, Armalite, Slash's Heavy Buffer and 308 carbine Spring (ordered via Slash, not Ranier): https://www.rainierarms.com/slash-s-heavy-buffer-car-10-buffer-and-308-carbine-buffer-spring/ on my AR10A4CBFX, the DEF-10 in my avatar retained the Armalite tube |

Now payed out the arse for express shipping on a AR10 stock assembly. FML Only .308 AR that's got almost full AR-15 lower backwards compatibility is the Colt 901 (lower is basically a modded M4 lower). Everything else, yeah, you need AR-10 parts. |

I thought you just had to use a shorter buffer with a carbine tube. Tube SHOULD be compatible with a DPMS/LR308 patter BCG (not sure about AR10 pattern). Only thing is you need a short 308 buffer. |
