So, ive got an interview on Friday for a position in a different company that pays substantially more, with a $1.50 raise every year.

Large Corporations like to ask touchy feely questions, like how did you handle a situation where you knew a fellow employee was not performing, stealing, or whatever. Sometimes they'll ask you to tell a joke. Google interview questions, for large companies sometime the interview questions are on google. Be honest, and most of all, good luck. |

VERY good company to work for (Either way). BTW, I was running a 1,000 ton Cincy' press for them most of the time and moonlighting as a plasma cutter and "Machinist" (REAL Machinists would laugh at my "Machine Operator" skills lol). |
