Anyone have a favorite recipe for a bone-in ham glaze?
Typically i just score the ham and baste in pineapple-orange juice, cooked in a bag in roaster. Would like to try something different.

I just use pineapple, gingerale and cloves on baked ham myself.

Brown Sugar, Creole Mustard(Zatarains), Can of Beer, best I've ever tasted

Pineapple chunks and juice, whole grain Dijon mustard, brown sugar and honey. Thicken with corn starch towards the end of cooking.
