 Have I done, done it or what?? I needed a 9mm colt SMGm lula mag loader for the new build, and they had it for the cheapest, and of course they have no shipping. Never ordered from them in the past due to what I have heard here, but I could't resist.
So am I screwed? Should I hide the cat? or will I get my lula loader and be happy?

I ordered a $180ish backpack from them in 2009ish. Was backordered. Told them to cancel. They never charged me but, they sent it anyway. I emailed them to get return instructions. They told me to return it at my own expense. I told them to get fucked and send me a shipping label if they wanted it back. They never did. I use that backpack all the time.

Similar happened to me with a different vendor. I ordered a pencil barrel and they sent me an M4 contour barrel. When I emailed back to complain, they said to keep the barrel and they'd send me another. The replacement was an HBAR  . I sent another email to complain and they refunded my money and said to keep both barrels.

I have done business with them since 1994. At gunshows, in their store, mail order, and internet orders. There have been a few minor issues that were easily corrected. No major problems.
Overall, their service is not as good as some but they sometimes have really good prices and hard to find items which make the small risk worthwhile. |

OP, you'll either get the product in a reasonable time frame, or not at all- but they've come through for me way more than they've failed.
I don't order from them if time is critical, but otherwise they're fine. From time to time they have killer deals, like the CBC 77gr SMK load at $0.48/rnd delivered. That was nice.

I've ordered from them probably a dozen times over the past several years, sometimes it shows up in a few days, sometimes a couple of weeks. I'll order again from them but if I need something by a certain date I'll order elsewhere. |
