Seems like there are two types of people when it comes to work emails..Those who copy everyone above you and seem to want to get you into trouble, and those who reach out 1:1.
I generally do the latter, even if it is for things that are recurring issues. I've found it generally fosters better working relationships when the person you are dealing with doesn't feel like you are trying to stir up shit for them. May all fuck be on those who feel the need to "c.c. all"
