I live in ct and can still legally own and buy ar15's and parts for them. (Preban or having registered lowers). They are the only company that i know of that won't ship parts here to CT. I just built a complete upper and had NO issues buying parts (barrels bcg upper etc)
So psa has a flash hider I want (surefire sf3p 1/2x28) I read the terms and conditions again, and they state they won't ship ct citizens ar specific parts. Ordered it. Apparently this is an AR specific part, because you know, no other rifle has the same threads. I got an email from them saying they will be refunding my money and not shipping it because of the terms and conditions. Here's my reply to them "The part I ordered, Surefire SF3P-556-1/2-28, according to your terms and conditions, is not AR specific, and can be used on multiple, LEGAL to own and buy, rifles. For example, the ruger mini 14, as well as bolt action rifles with threaded muzzles intended for suppressors. The 1/2x28 thread pitch is extremely common. It would be different if the part was a BCG, stripped upper, etc. I really wish you had a more knowledgeable team down there in South Carolina. Too bad we can't do business. -Jordan " Fucking people down there uneducated. Tldr: fuck psa. |

There are many, many laws that the various states and cities have passed in order to make places safer to live in.
The businesses are left holding the bag to comply. Or, they get sued. YOU (and your friends) need to vote better. Yes, even in WA.....there is a $#@* storm a brewing. The LEFT is counting on it. TRUMP's election was only a start, to win back America. Aloha, Mark |

Part Number: SF3P-556-1/2-28 SUREFIRE SOCOM FH 5.56MM 1/2X28 M4 $95.72 |

Would you prefer to force each company to hire a team of lawyers to deal with states who add new bans monthly?
California already sues companies who sell stuff to their citizens, and I'm sure some of these outfits don't want the headache of legal battles with states who don't believe in the constitution. |

See if they came out and said that was the reason that would be very cool of them. I just want to know why you know? I could give a shit less but I'm curious to why they won't when parts are legal here. Shit we can even buy built AOW's legally still. |

Refocus your energy and frustration to change the laws in your state. If you don't want to move you should start helping pro gun politicians get elected.
I agree with you that it's stupid but they would have already shipped the part if you didn't live in a state with ridiculous laws. Perhaps it's the lawmakers and their constituents in Connecticut that are uneducated, not the business owners in South Carolina |

Exactly. Hiring a team of lawyers to interpret the law and defend against lawsuits outweights the benefit of selling an $80 part with small margins. They probably do very little business with CT due to its size and restrictive laws. The answer is elect new local representation. |

PSA ships all sorts of good stuff to states that aren't like yours OP.
"Fucking people down there are uneducated"? Perhaps; but they're smart enough to live in a free state where their gun rights are recognized. You should move "down there"; you'll be allowed to buy guns and parts and as a bonus you'll be the most educated person in the entire state. |

I spent thousands on ammo from them. Then one day I go to order ammo and they no longer ship to Cook county IL. No laws changed, I emailed them and they didn't have an answer, only a sorry.
Oh well, more money for other websites. Havnt ordered anything from PSA in a while. |
