Got the old Dutch Oven cook station fired up with some hickory wood this afternoon.
Attached File Put about 5 pounds of pork butt diced into the pot to brown. Attached File Sautéed the onions and added the fresh fire roasted tomatillos and peppers and onions. Attached File Added the pork broth that we made from the bone and letting it simmer while we make the tortillios from the corn that I ground today. Attached File Just one of the ways that we make chili. Some times we make a red version with beans. |
