If your an employer and you hire and illegal, the government pulls you business license for a year for the first offense, forever for the second. Just like any other profession if you do illegal stuff, you lose your license. i.e. Doctors, Lawyers, Nurses, Teachers, LEOs, etc....
No jobs no illegals Then we just have to fix the drug problem, but with less agents trying to stop the families and people coming to work, we can put more BP Agents towards stopping illegal drugs. |

All illegals get deported to Somalia or somewhere on a different continent.
Just dropped off with nothing - good luck trying to come back. All illegal drugs that are confiscated should now be given away free. Yup FREE. The drug dealers will be supplying their clients with free drugs and that puts them out of business. They will eventually run out of money. Keep busting the dealers and jailing them but give away all confiscated drugs to those that would otherwise be buying it. FREE. |

1. Fine or charge employers that hire illegals. $5000ea, more than 10 in a year you get 30 days, more than 50 in a 5 year period you get 11-29.
2. No benefits: no drivers license, no tax ID number, no welfare, no rent adjustment, no tuition help, no tax refund, no health welfare, etc. 3. No selling/renting/leasing house to illegals 4. No selling/renting/leaseing vehicles to illegals 5. .mil "training" takes place within 50 miles of the border. 6. illegals caught once get deported, twice 10 day, 3rd time 30 days, 4 time 90 days. on top of other charges 7. No benefits to states that violate these restrictions. FIne states for issuing IDs to illegals, $100k ea. |

Some departments here and in some other states hire cops who've been convicted of doing illegal stuff. |

Hit employers with a $40,000 (it needs to be enough money to more than offset any savings that the business might get from the cheap labor) fine for each illegal immigrant they employ and give the CEO/owner 30 days in jail.
Nobody will hire illegals if that was widely enforced. |

Fine should be based on the amount of time business has been in operation. If a guy is going to hire an illegal for 5 years then a $5,000 is probably worth it. 5 years x $5,000 may not be worth it.
There also has to be some penalty instigated on management. Too many times, management just gets a slap on the wrist plus a fine they can easily pay or covered by insurance. I would prefer jail time but it might not be true due process to place the CEO or Ford in jail because the local HR in Chicago hired an illegal. |

We have enough Americans already, and our resources are spread too thin as it is. Stop immigration completely for 5 years, then do it New Zealand style. Im kind of a crazy equal protections under the law kind of guy, though. |

I suppose we should also execute people who pay the neighborhood kids to mow their lawn? In a free society, people could conduct commerce with whoever they want, without the government interfering, or even knowing about it. I am a proponent of the principle that it is nobody's business but the parties involved as to the sales of goods or services. |
