I'd have to look. I can't remember off the top of my head. I can tell you they aren't the major brand that costs a small fortune. Quoted:

Which dumbells are those? I'd have to look. I can't remember off the top of my head. I can tell you they aren't the major brand that costs a small fortune. They look like the Golds 50lb set. |

Is that a rubber floor? How was the price? It is. 5/8in thick interlocking. We paid about 800, but had a decent amount of left overs. ETA: Here is where we got them from... Rubber Floors ETA #2: Apparently if you use SAVE28, you get 28% off!!!!!! Wife just messaged me and told me to add that to my post. |

I am in the process of doing the same at my house. I am done with the framing, and wiring. I am starting drywall this week. I hated drywall. I realized that my framing was more plum than that of the house (I was building up to existing walls). It make some of the dry wall mudding a total nightmare. |

Medicine balls. There was some good sale on them so we bought them a while back. Just trying to make as complete a gym as I can. I am an old guy.........what should I use to increase flexibility for..........let's say.........a golf swing? (63 years old..........not dead yet though. )

Needs more plates... Will you actually use it, that's the question? Yeah, once I started the 5x5 I realized I was going to be short in the weight department soon. I will, I've always been in good or great shape. I fought in the Golden Gloves then went on to play rugby. I just kept getting injured and then we bought this place and there wasn't a good gym within 20 miles. I've turned a corner. Also, expecting my first kid in August and I refuse to be the fat dad. |

Weider adjustable Dumbbells. I have the same set. Looked into all the different adjustable ones for a while. For the price they can't be beat. Comes with stand. Takes a bit to get used to adjustable but they do the job and half the price of the Bowflex. I got them online from Walmart, think they were $269 shipped plus tax. Great space saver. Only downside is they only go to 50lbs. http://c.shld.net/rpx/i/s/i/spin/image/spin_prod_227043901?hei=1000&wid=1000&op_sharpen=1 |
