If that track opens I give it 3 weeks before some kid hurts himself on a stolen dirt bike and his Aunt or Grandmother decides she has hit the lawsuit lottery.

Well you know half that will go to some minority with no construction experience who will just happen to have started a construction business before bidding on this project. His bid will be higher than the rest but he will still win because of minority owned business preferences built into the bid. He will then contract out the white owned business who lost the bid to build the track and pay off the city counsel bribes with his end of the profits.

RI takes all the ORV trail maintenance money they get from the Fed and puts it in the general fund.

Then says I must register my dirtbike and pay property tax every year on it WITHOUT A SINGLE LEGAL PLACE TO RIDE IT!

Although their reasoning is all screwed up, I don't see anything wrong with building more attractions to the city. At least they are building and not handing money away to druggies or baby factories, which I suspect is probably on that priority list.

OP doesn't realize that there dirt bike track will keep those inner city children out of trouble, like shooting each other

Build it, and then use that as an excuse to go after the feral kids who are riding quads and dirt bikes in the street.

That's me being optimistic lol

I guess they figure if they can lure all the youths there to break their legs on motorbikes then they will be too crippled to do any gang banging...
