Volvo has announced that the only "official" version of the V90 wagon that will be available in America is the Cross Country version.

If you want a V90 with a regular ride height, you'll have to order it through Volvo's concierge service.

Which means they will be rare and expensive on the used market

Interesting to see that even after Dieselgate, a lot of American companies are bringing their diesels into the US market, especially into vehicles where I wouldn't think diesel is a "want" from consumers (i.e. GMC Terrain).

It makes me happy

Super looking forward to see if if the test vehicles I've seen around town are the real deal. I saw a Wrangler truck that wasn't an AEV a year and a half ago, and i could swear I saw the Wagoneer front end (with a very distinctive raked upper rear end) driving around. Too slow on the phone camera to photograph them though.

I won't miss not being up there for the show this year. I plan to take my annual Detroit visit in the summer, when there's a better chance for some sportiness.

I refuse to go to the auto show during public access.  Last time I went was about 7 or 8 years ago, and it was so over loaded, and such a cluster f^$k just to move around.  I vowed never again.    If you can get access during the press or private access nights, then it's worth going.

I think the Kia looks pretty decent and I'd love a nice sport sedan. However, it is a Kia and let's see the price.

Love the Bronco , but like always in for the big disappointment for style and price.

Jeep , meh.....

I like the camry new look , but the core crowd of grey hairs need it in beige for it to work.

It's funny to laugh at but I go to Detroit for the NAIAS every year, and each year it's a bit better and better. The Cobo center and Joe Lewis arena aren't really a shithole anymore.

I'll probably be there Sunday.

We finally get the Mazda CX-5 with Skyactive diesel this year. 315 ft-lbs of boat pulling torque (same as my LH6 5.3) and 40+ MPG Hwy.

I've been waiting 3 years for this Mazda to show up on our shores.

FEPA!
