| Ordered a CMMG 22 upper from LAPG and it arrived after 4 weeks in a shitty box with a smashed polymer charging handle. They want me to return the whole upper and then order me a new one. What would you do? I don't think anything else is broken, and I have another charging handle. I'm thinking I'd rather have them refund me $20 and I'll be on my way. |

I Have 2 CMMG 22LR uppers with polymer charging handles and they run great.
1 upper has right at 5000 rounds through it and it runs awsesome. Call CMMG and ask about the charging handle, I bet they take care of you. They did have a run of poly CH's that had some problems a while back IIRC. |

THIS, I understand you just want to get your weapon functional, but they are trying to make sure you only have to do it once. I would set and grumble while I sent it back to make sure it was "right" when I got it. |
