I need another work desktop for a part time secretary, would like to keep it in the $400-500 range.  I already have monitors/keyboards and what not.

It needs to run an internet based scheduling/billing program as well as office.  Suggestions?  This is the one I'm looking at...

For what you need that will work fine.

Thanks for the votes of confidence!

Are there any considerably better options for a bit more, or is that a decent deal for what's inside in comparison to other ready to run machines?

You just don't need better.

If you really want to then a small SSD would be the best upgrade.

For office work, especially for a secretary, that's more than enough.  Great deal.  Acer makes good stuff.

8GB of RAM and an i5 processor is what I have in my gaming rig at home.

2TB of hard drive is also nice.

It's GTG.
