[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Chamber Brush and Swab

I need a .223/5.56mm chamber brush and a cloth swab for the same.

I found a brush that Hoppe's makes that should fit the bill.

Anyone have a line on a swab in .223/5.56mm or another swab that works?

For example if it's common to use a 20ga swab or something else, let me in on the trade secret.

I haven't used my Swab-its yet. I received my sample package, but one of them was broken in shipping.

Hoppe's 5.56mm/.223-Calibre AR Rifle Brush Multi-Pack (Chamber Brush, Chamber Mop, Bore Brush)

100 percent cotton chamber mop
Phosphor bronze brush
Stainless steel chamber cleaning

Way back when, I ordered a bunch from Brownells.
When I first got into AR-15s I ordered about a liftetimes worth of cleaning brushes from brownells.
But now we have Amazon.
