What are some good solutions for hot swapping 2 picitinny mount scopes on the same rifle and maintaining a good zero?

For example, I want to be able to swap between an ACOG and a thermal scope on an AR platform.

Make sure they are pressed forward before locking the arm on the mount each time too.
