| I wanted to take a moment and recognise law enforcement and say that on behalf of myself and my family that we can't thank you enough. All of you and all branches. Without you guys this country would be the wild West. Some of us citizens can see through the treacherous anti white anti police propaganda, that spreads lies and b.s. 24-7. Anyone that believes that white police officers are actually gonna risk there career and face life in prison by deliberately targeting blacks and executing them because are they are black, while on camera no less, is a liberal brainwashed imbecile beyond imagination. Our nation's finest our being targeted and murdered directly because of this media propaganda. And If I ever see an officer in trouble I've got your back. Thanks again for your service. May God be with you. |

I have a liberal friend who was so worried that Trump tweeting at some union boss was going to lead to violence and kept posting about how despicable it was that a President would behave that way. I thought that was pretty funny coming from someone who backed the BLM supporting Obama. |
| No, was not pulled over and let off with a warning. Even if I had been written up it would be my fault. Law enforcement protects us while we sleep, my gratitude combined with my contempt for the media, has brought this to my attention . I never realised how much honor they have and how much thanks and respect they deserve. |

| No not a bage bunny. Just a guy that is disgusted every time I turn on the t.v. and see another police officer gunned down for fukn nothing by some blm sympathizer low life or some peice of $hitt thug that believes the nonsense the media is feeding him. My closest uncle is a retired detective and several of my cousins are policeman as well. The media needs to be exposed. Enough is enough. |

Indeed, thanks to all the cops out there.
And as I type this, a good friend of mine in the local sheriff's department, is at the hospital after some piece of shit drunk driver slammed into his Tahoe around 14:00 today. Hope he's doing OK, news just says "non-life threatening" but that's all. Really hope the big guy texts me back soon... |

I'm in NC this week. I stopped to get gas on my way back to the hotel, and saw a Sheriff's Deputy backed into an alley. I'm guessing he was doing his paperwork. It is pretty shitty that they have to do things like that to stay safe.
Hope y'all stay safe and watch your six. p.s. I'm headed back to Atlanta tomorrow. If you see a black corolla w/ Fulton County plates exceeding the speed limit tomorrow, give the guy a break.

My store supplies dog food for the DMPD K9 units. I never let them carry their food out. Small way I have of thanking them when I see them.
And the bomb squad guy lets me say hi to his dog, which is always fun. I used to get to play tug with the patrol dogs, but the new commander wants the only physical interaction those dogs have with the public to be when they are deployed on a suspect. Pissed off quite a few of the handlers. |

Thank you for the support shown in this thread. It really matters.
My S/O was watching the news last night here in the metro Atlanta area and they had a long news special about 6 cops in 6 days being shot. She started crying, and the truth is there just isn't much you can say. My adult son calls me at work just to see "how things are going". He has never done that before. It is hard on the families, especially these young guys with young wives and kids. I said all that to say your support really does matter. |

I agree. Not enough thanks can be given for what you guys do.
I work in Catering and always try to offer food or drink to any first responders that work for or around our events. I know that most of the time it's long hours, hot and boring as hell. We do a tailgate for Everbank VIP's and their families every Jaguars home game. Last year I had been talking mountain bikes with a JSO bike Cop and invited him to eat before we packed up and left. Next game there were two and the next game four and so on and so on
This was from last Sundays Jags vs Vikings game. JSO and JFRD, great group of people. Attached File |
