I have a number of business trips scheduled between now and Christmas and I won't have time to put up proper lights on the house.
Recommend a good LED projector for the house. I've got garland going up the staircase with lights, garland around the outside windows with lights and I'm going to throw out bush lights tomorrow. |

I put two of these in our front yard and am pleased with them so far. No comments on longevity as I've only had them for a little over a week now. Family loves them and several neighbors have commented on them and asked where they can buy them. They are pricey but they are 3 colors (red, green, blue) vs. most of them that are 2 colors. The same manufacturer sells 2 color versions that cost less.
3 color version that I have Amazon link 2 color versions for about 1/2 the price (looks like red and green is not currently Prime eligible) Amazon link ETA: The construction seems pretty heavy duty. The ground stake is metal, the housing is aluminum, and the lens is glass. The versions I considered from Home Depot and Lowes were all plastic. |

Hieght and width? BROAD APPLICATION: The laser lights can cover up to 3900 square feet from a distance of 25 feet and can be set to flashing / twinkle, or simply stationary. It's perfect for Christmas and holiday entertainment, parties, landscape decoration, and anything else you can think of. I imagine that would be from the max 60 foot setback. Which would be across the street for me ![]() |

How much space on the house does it cover? Hieght and width? Info on the web site claims up to 3900 sq ft from a distance of 25 feet. The front of my house is about 50 ft long but is stepped at 3 different depths so I used 2 and made them overlap in the center of the 3 sections (where the front door is). I have 1 of them about 30 ft from the house, and the other about 20 ft from the house. I get good coverage on the entire length of the house and up on to the roof to a height of around 20 ft. I think they would cover more than the 50 ft of length I have them covering; I have them angled in a little bit, otherwise they were lighting up the grass along the sides of the house. |

OK, if those are lasers aimed at your house and you look out the window. Can i have dibs on guns and optics? Or will these do nothing to your eyes? I don't know if they're actually lasers or not. I already went outside once to measure the front of the house, sorry, I don't feel like going outside again right now to look at the label on the lights. They are really bright when you're right next to them and I wouldn't recommend looking into them from close to them. Looking at them out the window, they haven't bothered my eyes but I haven't stared right into them either. |

Quoted: Went with the Star Shower, mostly because they had a stack of them at my neighborhood ACE. My guy still hasn't made it to line the rood, but it's coming along. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v234/THR-Thumper/IMG_20161126_204555_zps6c5cyjjx.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v234/THR-Thumper/IMG_20161126_211542_zpsnlxlwuor.jpg The daughter and I were looking at them at ACE yesterday. Your house looks about like what we need to cover. Did you need more than one projector? |

This is the one you put near the curb so anyone walking by at 3AM can steal it?
Ah, NY...lol. You wire it up to a grenade, duh! Looks good, my wife came home with some 70's disco ball thing and it looks like shit and the disco ball quit at about 11PM. I'll be going up to get what you have. |
