Something I started doing last year after the Big Turkey Dinner was canning the small turkey pickings and leftover gravy in a quart jar as I always make at least a gallon of gravy and have plenty left. I was able to get a quart and a pint jar this year......The dog was not pleased as he usually got the small scraps.

You talk about good eats come about March. Heat it up, pour it over fresh baked cat head biscuits and you have a meal fit for a King.
