Good luck with that.

She made it clear where she is going.  He just didnt listen, since he was too busy yelling and throwing things, and making threats.

Much info, such detail. From what you're saying I would contact the police. If she's bailing on you a phone call from the local police should elicit a response at least and then you can determine what course of action is best. I can't imagine being in your situation and I wish you the best, hopefully she's just at a hotel down the street cooling off.

ETA: Grammar.

He threw his phone at her, and it barely missed one of the children.

At that point she knew it was time to leave.  She only took the essentials, and has had to keep them warm and fed using the credit cards.

I already know her intentions, and I have missing checks too lol.

Why is she unhappy? How long have you been married?
In-Laws causing unrest? Do she work?
It's not like an overseas assignment....have you sent her "home" for a visit?

C'mon man, tell us the details so we can make judgmental life changing decisions for you

I'm wondering if this is a troll thread, but in the event it isn't, there isn't much the OP can do, if he is married. Being divorced and having a custody agreement is a whole different matter.

Unless he can prove she is mentally unstable an Amber Alert is probably not going to happen especially since he is married, according to his first post. Been there, done that when my wife went MIA with our son. But the minute it came out she had mental issues, everything changed.

ETA: Lawyer up come Monday.

7 months and three years both girls.

Filled a police report but we all know that they will not do anything.

Does TN have a parental kidnapping law on the books? I went through the same thing in 2011, I hope it works out better for you. I didn't get to see my 3 daughters for six months, and she hit me with a bullshit protective order.

Listen, man to man, I was in the same boat with my ex wife minus the kids. Moved her up to WI after we were married to be closer to my family and work. She wants to go "home" and there is no convincing her that "home" is in Tennessee. You have 2 choices: Go back "home" with her and get a job there, or don't.

ETA: Not trying to be the bearer of bad news. I've been mostly in your shoes and I know how this is going to end up. Lawyer up right away. Especially if you think this has been planned for a while.

Sorry OP.  Having a tough time believing your story based on past threads.

Like the one from 2011 where you said you found out you were about to become a first time father.  Or the one from June when you said your daughter who's in school told you *hipster* mean metrosexual fags.

Too many inconsistencies.  Can't help you.

do not cancel, but call credit card co and find out maybe where and what type purchases are going on.

If you haven't already done it, clean out any joint bank account you have except enough for her to get gas, food and lodging.  Cancel any joint credit cards as well.  You're about to be taken to the cleaners, so make it as painless as possible.  Oh, and talk to a lawyer first thing Monday morning.  And if she's really going back to Mom, change the locks on your doors so she can't have someone clean the house out while you're at work.
