Based on most maps Trump will need to win the following battleground/toss up states to have a chance:
Utah Arizona Texas Florida Georgia North Carolina Iowa Ohio New Hampshire IF he is able to win all of these states he needs just one of the following to get to 270: Minnesota Wisconsin Colorado Michigan Pennsylvania Virgina Nevada Interestingly enough, if he only takes Nevada then there is a tie at 269, who wins then? Which major state has an honest chance of flipping from the above list? |

The rest, I'm not sure. |

Nevada. plus if he can secure Maine's other Electoral College vote - it would put him at 270. If he loses FL he loses it all. NH is also a must have if CO doesn't fall in his column. PA and MI are bonuses but I don't see him winning those. I hope I am wrong though. |

I believe he wins safely all of the top group by a big enough margin, EXCEPT FL The Latino vote is gonna hurt there and there is already a ton of voter fraud going on. I think this election will come down to CO. It will be very close, and a 2000 FL like mess is possible. If he takes NH by a large margin or is very very close in PA, it is champagne time. PA going to Trump ends this thing early. FL going to the bitch early ends it for him. I think he needs one pick-up state, and my analysis says it is CO. (I was once a pollster) |

Texas, Georgia, Arizona, and Utah are not toss ups. That is ridiculous He'll win them easily.
I think he will win Ohio, Iowa, and maybe Nevada and North Carolina. It really comes down to Florida. He can't win without it, and while he could lose with it he has a very good chance if he does take Florida. |

No. Voters had to be registered by 10/21/16 in order to vote in this election in Virginia. End of story. Breathless panic averted. |
