Does anyone else have one? What a garbage light. It has no actual tail-switch, and it lasts well under an hour before it eats through a set of CR123A batteries.

It was the first "real" flashlight that I ever bought. That was probably around ten years ago. I still have two or three of them. Along with around 20 other "real" flashlights that I've acquired since then.

I have one, but I switched it over to LED. It is what it is, if Surefire put a clicky switch on it they would cost $200.

Primary arms gen2 light has 700 lumens and is only $40, the damn thing can blind you through your eyelids and is built quite well.

I have a few, all but one are LED.  Used to have a few more of the originals.  I guess I understood what they were when I bought them but I've always thought they were fine.  I have several other 'nicer' SF lights that are, well, nicer...  G2s are awesome, though, for tossing in the vehicles, giving to the kids for scouts, trick-or-treating, etc.  YMMV

LED upgrade & it sits on 2 AR's I have. I love the push for momentary on & twist for constant on.

I have several. All have been upgraded to LED, most have metal heads, one even has a Malkoff bulb. I have one in a Magpul mount on my 6920. Last year I bought 3 G2X pros for $30 each to give away as gifts during an amazon promotion. They are 15/320 lumens; awesome lights.

I just sold one on the EE for someone who's about to be enlightened. G2's kick ass if you live where it's cold. You pick up your aluminum light when it's -20* out and need to hold it with your teeth for 30 seconds, then tell me G2's are junk.

Also, if you've ever dropped a deer in the grass, good luck spotting blood with a cool white LED. An Incandescent bulb Is perfect for that, and the green colors pop much better with an Incan vs an LED. They still have their place, although limited anymore. Yes, battery life sucks, especially now days. Used to be not so bad, 10 years ago.
