Is it worth $15 a month?

Do I get access to past seasons of shows, or is it limited to current offerings?

If I miss a show at scheduled air time, I assume I can watch it at my leisure if it's during the current running of the season. I'm curious if say I want to rewatch Game of Thrones from the first episode of season 1, is that all on there?
