So what do you guys think? Lady calls saying someone is vandalizing her car, deputies arrive and nothing is wrong and can't find anyone suspicious. They leave and the lady calls back. At this point they realize she is hallucinating and take her for treatment at the hospital. Soon after the deputies start hallucinating  the article says it was from a medical patch but how would that affect the deputies who only had limited contact?
