Yes. I was watching the auburn game and didn't change it until I saw the ad. Another poster made a thread at the exact same time as me, but he actually described the ad. Just clips of Trump saying mean things about women.

Yes, like all other networks.  It's been in pretty heavy rotation since it was released either yesterday or Thursday.  All networks, local and national.
