Ain't discovery a bitch? 2 years into the litigation and they aren't even close to trial. Armalite's losing money, ASA is going to lose ALOT of money, and only the lawyers are making money.

Harris Barrel Works and ASA settled out of court. I guess I could get back into PACER and start a new thread with any docket sheets from Hesse/Vulcan suits. |
