I saw the words Patent Infringement.
Haven't heard anything about this. Also some discussion of Armalite buying American Spirit Arms. |
|
Ain't discovery a bitch? 2 years into the litigation and they aren't even close to trial. Armalite's losing money, ASA is going to lose ALOT of money, and only the lawyers are making money.
Man, I gotta study hard for the bar so I can be a part of this great [s]scam[/s] system... |

It's no wonder we can't get along without lawyers... after trying to read all of that legalese, I haven't a clue what is actually going on. [%|]
Can any of our lawyer-members decipher that mumbo-jumbo and give us the straight skinny? |

mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo
mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo mumbo jumbo so, are they suing hesse/vulcan? |

Quoted: ...and only the lawyers are making money. View Quote You forgot the judges make $, it's called job security. And the clerks...... And the court cops...... Yada....yada....yada.... No need for justice when the "process" is so lucrative! Been there, done that! |

Quoted: so, are they suing hesse/vulcan? View Quote Nope this is just ASA related dockets. From the dockets I see that Lewis Machine and Tool beat ASA for about $20,000. Harris Barrel Works and ASA settled out of court. I guess I could get back into PACER and start a new thread with any docket sheets from Hesse/Vulcan suits. |
