I've liked him and followed him since he was with The Steeldrivers.
Great great band. Seriously, listen their first 2 albums. Oh, and my favorite song on his new CD is More of You. Its going to be the song my fiance and I first dance to at our wedding later this year. |

+1. Cody Jinks is fantastic. Fast Hand, Dirt, and Last Call for the Blues are some of my favorites. |

He ain't Sturgill. He sure records a lot of covers too. From what I understand, he writes a lot of songs for other artists. And I've tried hard to like Stugill, he has the voice but his songs seem forced and put together by specialists. You can almost predict what he's going to say next. |

Traveller is good, but once you know CS and the work he's done before (I've been a fan for a few years, i.e., Steeldrivers ,Jompson Bros.), you realize his latest popularity isn't really in the country realm. He's more "Americana".
