Bratwurst, German style in a ridiculously tiny bread roll! http://www.kitchenproject.com/german/Bratwurst/images/Bratwurst.jpg I concur. They didn't have any brats there today but lots of sausage and kielbasa. |

Went to a local fair today. Saw this and had to try it... From the bottom up: collard greens, BBQ pork, corn, mashed potato, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce and a piece of bacon. Have to say, pretty creative "walking around" fair food. It was OK - the pork/sauce was mediocre but, if it had been good, the whole thing would have been great. So what's your favorite fair/carnival food? http://www.ar15.com/media/viewFile.html?i=91244 ![]()

I haven't been to the Texas state fair in years and probably wont go again unless they move it away from the ghetto shit its surrounded by , but I do miss the corny dogs and giant turkey legs.
