Pepperoni and extra cheese is always good.

Italian sausage and basil is another favorite.

The last one I had that was outstanding was chicken and spinach with feta, mozzarella, and pesto instead of tomato sauce. It was sex in my mouth.

Hawaiian Surprise for me: ham and pineapple, but short of anchovies and other freaky stuff, I like most of the typical toppings.

I do like a puffy crust and the trend is towards thin, oven charred crusts, so bummer for me.

I only make homemade 'garbage' pizzas.

After a five day dough rise, I top it with homemade sauce, pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, red and green bell pepper, onion, mushroom, sliced black olives, shredded Mozzarella/Parmesan/Romano cheese, seasoned with garlic/Italian seasoning/crushed red pepper.
