Would never work....because there would be people who leased land from the previous owner and built houses on. Half of the Arfcomers would let them stay, half would want them gone, no FSA allowed and another half would be undecided mostly they just want to watch people argue and wait and see if the people have nice tits as to whether or not they could stay.
