Here is part of the reason I have determined Trump is my candidate this cycle. We worked too long to make the gains we have experienced in recent years in spite of a hostile administration. Not voting, or voting for a candidate other than Trump, to me, seems like a disservice to everyone who has been engaged in the fight for our right to keep and bear arms. It also disrespects the legacy of Justice Scalia, the best friend and ally we've ever had. The delusions continue, the nevertrumpers still think a "principled conservative" would have had a legit chance in a 2016 general given todays electorate, it's that
kind of utter disconnect from reality that keeps them dug in. The last two elections the GOP ran essentially blue dog democrats and they were steamrolled, the "principled conservatives" in both previous primaries were complete non starters, the only reason Ted even made a ripple in the primary is because of who he was up against, other non starters. The GOP of Reagan and the conservative movement died in 2008, end of story. The electorate has changed too much and is still changing by the day. The only shot we ever had was a wildcard like Trump, who could remake the entire party in a different image, his image, a populist image, and then apply conservative principles and prove to a rapidly changing electorate that they really work and the GOP isnt the party of racist europeans and uneducated whites that the socialists paint it to be. This whole election was over years ago, we should all be cupping Trumps nutsack right now, NO OTHER CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE HAD A PRAYER AGAINST HILLARY!!!!
