So...I ordered a holster and they emailed me the tracking number the other day and it's been showing as out for delivery since 823am this morning... is this normal?

For USPS I usually just get date it will be delivered not a time frame.

Yeah, that's the thing. It's 8pm now... do they deliver that late?

Either mail box or front door when the regular mail came is when it is/was delivered. If site shows not delivered then it isn't.
