Mine got burnt on food the first time I used it to make eggs. Got worse when I tried to pan sear fish.

I'm always in search of the perfect non-stick frying pan so my wife got me one along with the red copper one. So far it has been good to go and feels better made than the red copper one.

Is it just colored Teflon or an actual non-stick uncoated steel?

its some version of Teflon or something similar.

She got them at a local store for $20 so no shipping or bullshit. Haven't had them real long but happy with both so far though I do prefer the feel of the Gotham steel one

Nothing works as well as it does in commercials and I did nkt expect this to, but the performance of my Gotham Steel pan is no better than any other non-stick pan.
