I always wonder if "establishment" is used as a noun or verb in that context.

This thread didn't get traction, but it's a hint towards the whole BLM protesters. Peaceably has a very specific meaning: inclined or disposed to avoid strife or dissension; not argumentative or hostile

These protests are organized to be hostile and provocative. I am of the opinion that the right to assemble is as simple as saying that you cannot be restricted in movement or communication with other individuals based on your beliefs. However, when the assembly itself impacts commerce or creates a threat to others or its members, then this is not a protected right.
