Looks like a legit legal argument. Continuity of executive branch operations is an issue for the executive branch, it's a stretch to say Congress's oversight would necessitate access the more most nitnoid details, and there legitimate security concerns about spreading that stuff around.
What are the Congress's emergency plans? |

"What are the Congress's emergency plans?"
When the big false flag event goes down I'm pretty sure the thousands of armored vehicles that have been positioned in every nook and cranny across the country will be full of congress critters, Mayors, Governors and their families headed for the nearest military base for evacuation. Where they will end up is anyone's guess. But for damn sure they positioned them out there for their own benefit if things go south. Their "E" ticket, and of course all paid for on the taxpayers dime. |

What are the Congress's emergency plans? Congressional oversight demands data. Congress is presumes to have NTK. Plans drive procurement. |

I know lately with the way this country is going there's a lot of talk of this and that. Without being too specific, I'm sure you all know what I mean. What exactly, though, are we supposed to do when this rogue government, as it so clearly has demonstrated itself to be, has all sorts of plans in place to ensure that it cannot be removed from power? I refer to this as one example: http://imgur.com/aj8LkbN Lack of Congressional oversight[edit]
[needs update] On July 18, 2007, Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-OR), a member of the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security at that time, requested the classified and more detailed version of the government's continuity-of-operations plan in a letter signed by him and the chairperson of the House Homeland Security Committee, which is supposed to have access to confidential government information. The President refused to provide the information, to the surprise of the Congressional Committee.[18][19] As of August 2007, efforts by the committee to secure a copy of the plan continued.[20][21] Now among these plans include already built deep underground bunkers. Literal hidey holes that are built to withstand nuclear detonations directly above them. How in the world can such a government, turned rogue, be dismantled or otherwise made to once again serve the people? To quote the "I'm not saying its aliens.. but its aliens" guy... is such a thing even possible? I really truly believe that this government, regardless of who becomes president, I refer to the government as a whole including and especially the military, needs to reaffirm that it serves the people from which it derives its power. Otherwise we are nothing but obstacles to be overcome, cogs in a machine that keep the thing turning.. ultimately serving the purposes of who, exactly? Are you an Oathkeepers recruiter? |

Without information on precedent or the specifics of what was asked for, I'm not going to let myself get worked up into outrage over a random non-cited out of context cut and paste job. If Congress believes the White House is not playing nice, we have Constitutional means to address this. |

They've rebuilt everything. We have a tranny/ angry lesbian army now. All of .gov is AA victim status hires with entitlement mentality, incompetent Angry Lesbians taking the leadership roles (no accountability). Everything revolves around the SJW agenda. We have a Cultural Marxism government that won't even properly label the problems, let alone address them. When they run out of scapegoats, all the shit is gonna collapse because no accountability and entitlement hands it off to another along the chain, who then hands it off to another along the chain. All you have is a bunch of unearned privilege of unproven KSAs with gender studies degrees pointing fingers. It is gonna collapse from the stupid. Then somebody will light it on fire because they are mad. Burn baby. Burn. |

They swear or affirm to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. They do not "serve the people." They don't derive their power from "the people." |
