Megyn Kelly just said over 60 were shot in Chicago this past weekend.....they have tough gun laws is Chicago, how is this possible?

I've got to call bullshit on this due to police interference. Numbers would have been much higher if they (Chicago Police) didn't do a preemptive strike.
