I'd go to the doctor tomorrow and have them look at it. At least it doesn't look like that google stuff. The wound site doesn't look too bad, but who knows what could be going on. Take the thing that you pushed out with you and see if they know what it is. Good luck and I hope it's not serious. |

Penetrating injury with pseudomonas is also common in the foot, but they love diabetes, so I'd get checked. |

The penatration came from the inside like I said it started as a lump under the skin then came to the surface like a callous as big as the discolored spot around the wound then I popped it |
