Alright fella's, be nice, family here thought I was weird as fuck for doing this
BIL got me a 12.4 pound brisket 
So I started the smoker up at 3 this morning 
and finally my dinner pic!!! Don't take off points for no measuring tool or knife, because I needed neither tonight 
And the grilled corn on the cob was delicious |

Damn, you guys are harsh. but you know what I have a meat buzz and 7 delicious Lakfront IPAs in me.So it doesn't matter. Had my brother and sister out and their spouses along with my mother so it was awkward when I got asked about all the guns on the table. Happy Independence Day.

You been here 4 years and now decided to make a post. Shot Therapy_jr and I signed up at the same time, he has a lot more to say than I do. the brisket was on for 12 hrs and rested for an hr. one of the best I have made Yes it was paper plates and we ate outside It may be cloudy but the temperature is great. It is a wonderful night with my boys and the rest of my family, now to get with some friends and neighbors and light off some fireworks

First post after all of these years is a dinner picture, now that takes balls THIS. It was a valiant effort and I will give you 2/10 for walking naked in to the lions den naked smelling of smoked meat. That being said paper plates...wrong perspective on the table... Guns just thrown about on the table. You have been here long enough to know better. Up until the actual money shot the looks of the Brisket gave me great hope. |
