Took my laptop 33 days to have 8 to 10 keys stop working.
Best Buy says they need to send it out. Soonest they think it'll be repaired is 2 weeks. So I'm down to my tablet and phone neither of which I like to use for email due to their keyboards on on the screen. Best Buy won't do an exchange or refund either. From now on its $150 Walmart laptops. |
