I'm mailing in multiple Form 4's today in one envelope. Do I need to include multiple copies of my Trust documents or is just one copy okay?

What does your dealer/SOT say?

What are you buying?

Without knowing for sure, I would do a copy for each form just like you were doing it separately.  At best you are out some extra paper and a little more postage. But if not, they may send it back which would suck.

Not sure how that nut house operates if they keep the trust with a form as it processes or what.

Ya you're probably right. I'll do one copy for each form just to be safe

You definitely need to send the required copies of the trust for EACH Form 4.

My guess is that if you sent two Form 4s, and only one copy of the trust, they'd just pick one of the Form 4 to process, and return the other one to you and tell you to resubmit it with the required documents. Possibly, they'd be jerks and return both.

How's the transfer going on that C&R MG?

Each Form 4 gets its own trust copy. You may, however, write one check for the total amount of NFA tax. That's that legendary government efficiency right there.

Still waiting.

I think it SHOULD be soon, but I don't know.
