Why in the fuck does the government need access to every website we visit, every email and text we send and every call we make????
Every time there is a terrorist attack, including this one, we find out that the terrorists were on social media pledging their allegiance to radical islam or doing web searches that should have made it clear what their intentions are. This dude was even the target of FBI investigations. If the warrantless surveillance program designed to stop terrorists is not stopping terrorists, then perhaps we should try something else. |

The fact that the surveillance isn't working to stop terrorists, tells you that particular reason for the surveillance is a lie.
There are plenty more reasons, they just don't want to tell you them, probably because so few of them are in the bests interests of the people. |
