I usually drink a Gatorade if that happens and also just before I hit the sack
It keeps any hangovers at bay for me

It means you're piss'n out all your brain juices. My friends make fun of me when I ask the bartender for a glass of water between beers. I laugh at them in the morning.

Stroke victims get those.  Exactly as you described it.  Is your face feeling numb?  Do you feel like you have to go to the bathroom more than usual?  Stroke.

Its interesting to me how different beers affect different people.  Budweiser, Miller Lite, Mich Ultra... list goes on in shitty beer, doesn't give me any problems.

One Bud Light and my head is throbbing.

Dos Equis Ambar gives me a headache every time.

I pretty much stopped drinking from the headaches.

Used to be able to drink all I wanted and never felt bad.

Around 40 years old that all changed.

Got to the point where I would get an annoying headache after 1-2 drinks.

I bet its been 2 years since I've had a beer.

Thanks for the responses guys. Its hard to describe my problem .. we're talking about before massive drunkeness and way (5)hrs before hangover point.. Case in point, i'm totally cognizant now and recognize my issue and feel it starting... But I'm still perfectly able to function and still remain (sorta) witty in my natural personality construct (anyone recognize this from my prev. dorky post? :)) My bad, trying to help myself and hopefully others ...

Just a strange hurting in the right hemispherial lobe.. Once the alcohol takes full affect its gone naturally. Not sure to be worried or not about this crap, so natural thought is to post it on ARFCOM!!

It happens to me sometimes too.  Drinking water usually helps.

And now at this point the hemispheres are conjoined and the pain is gone.. WTF is wrong with me?
I feel more unified and relaxed upon my purpose, whatever that may be...

Maybe its the vodka. They say this one is exceptionally pure. I've noticed
if I drink nothing else, next day. Head is clear.  Anyone else experience this?

that happened to me recently, maybe it's because I've cut back on drinking. So when I do drink I'm more sensitive to it? idk
