So I had some work to do today. Finished up late, had a few beers with a friend. Time for food.
1.3lb bone-in Ribeye. Rested for three hours, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a touch of Dillo Dust. Baked potato. Whiskey is Templeton Rye, beer is Dale's Pale Ale for a nice wash down. Add guns. Tabasco. (Potato) (Still don't understand the stapler thing, so I didn't include it.) I'll be watching "America's Rifle - The M1 Garand" while dining. Please excuse the downright shitty photography,that's the best I can do right now. Steak is rare and rested before eating. Beer is cold.

I almost aborted posting but the guns were there, so... Believe it or not, that's the BEST photo I have. Took several, (obviously cell phone) but just wasn't happening. Seemed like a waste not to post a fine steak and guns, so I hit submit. Dinner Pics are my favorite GD thread. |
