GTG on quality and pricing, around here they are a little  on customer service. Couple weeks ago I went there to do a transfer. Got the right when they opened with the guy buying my rifle. Inside 4 employees standing around not doing anything. We approach, tell them what we need, they proceed to tell us they are too busy right now and that we would need to wait 1.5-2 hours before they could do our transfer. We went elsewhere and handled the transfer.

I tried using the ARF discount during my last visit years ago. Counter girls did not know what I was talking about so I did not get the discount. I whined about it here and the Quantico guy said he'd fix it and make good but I've never returned to the store.
So in my experience I'd say they are responsive to issues and easy to escalate to the big guy. Thumbs up. |

They're good people. They have came to the ARFcom Carolina Hometown shoot a couple of times bringing goods for purchase and making some damn good BBQ
