I do service work for my company both on our own equipment, and customers own machinery. I've been keeping track with pen and paper and putting it all together weekly or bi-weekly to turn in and be billed so I can get paid but it gets to be a pain sometimes. I get busy with everything else and I fall behind there.

I'm looking for an iPhone app that I can punch in and out with and have separate customers set up in or job codes or numbers for particular projects. The office computers are all Mac so if there is one that will interface in with that to send weekly reports on that would be great.

Right now I'm playing with one called HoursTracker and it seems to have most of what I want. Any other suggestions?

Not an app far as I know, but we use clockspot.com. Allows for shift reports when you click out.

TSheets has been excellent for us and is very reasonably priced. Also designed to integrate with Quicken.

We used TSheets at the tower company. It worked exceptionally well, for the price.

Also dumps directly to QuickBooks

I forgot to add that TSheets will GPS mark you when you clock in and out. Many of our clients required it and some of them simply appreciated it.

In a field job, the ability to *prove* you were standing in a specific place when you clocked in can mean the difference (for better or worse) in a few hour's worth of pay, a day.
